Project Overview:

Trenerry Property Group is a property development company based in Victoria, Australia. The website needed to serve as a portfolio of current, past, and upcoming developments, present the company’s identity coherently, and provide a point of contact for investors, clients, tenants or other stakeholders. The aim was to showcase their projects visually, communicate their presence in the property market, and offer updates, project details, and contact / enquiry info.

Role:

Defined the site structure to include: Home, About, Developments (with sub-pages per project), Contact Us, and multilingual option (English / Chinese) to support broader audiences.
Created visual layout emphasizing high quality imagery / project photography to let the developments speak for themselves.
Built the site in WordPress, enabling easy content updates for projects, contact info, and project-status information.
Integrated project updates / newsletter signup to keep interested visitors informed.
Ensured contact information is prominently displayed (phone, email, location) to facilitate enquiries.
Implemented responsive design (so the site works on desktop, mobile, tablet) though specifics of mobile layout are less visible from source.
